    »  Aegir Elidari was born during the Dark Ages in a vast kingdom of aquatic beings far below the ocean. In his early days he learned how to defend himself and the colony from the denizens of the abyss, eventually becoming a vigilant protector of the realm in his adolescence. He was still young when the Kingdom of Zeal expanded to the bottom of the ocean floor, leading to all out war between the two kingdoms. Zeal quickly eradicated the underwater civilization, and enslaved all who survived. Aegir was one of those that had been captured, and like many of his kind he was forced to assist in the construction of the Ocean Palace, built right on top of the desolate ruins of their old homeland.

Work on the palace was still being completed when the youthful Aegir was relocated to the Kingdom of Zeal's floating islands to begin developing and repairing airships. He had to learn much to keep himself useful and alive. He spent what little freetime he had studying various technologies and refining his use of magic. The patient youth spent several years plotting his revenge as he learned various crafts and connected himself to others who wanted to escape the kingdom. They used coded messages in their work to coordinate amongst themselves, and strategized an escape plan to liberate as many of them as possible. When the time eventually came, Aegir helped to orchestrate a rebellion against Zeal, losing many comrades in the daring attempt to steal one of the kingdom's newly finished airships. The mission hardly ended with a success, and he never found out what happened to those that were unable to escape with him.

Years passed as the crew grew closer, learning to rely on one another to survive as a whole. They adapted to their new lives, and slowly developed into a family. Supplies and fuel were difficult to obtain, often leading to small raids against the Kingdom of Zeal. The ragtag group struggled to keep their airship in the skies, and were eventually hunted down by the kingdom's advanced airship, the Blackbird. Upon its destruction over the Ocean Palace the pirate's airship was torn in half as a temporal anomaly appeared at its core and engulfed it. The front half was cast into the future, along with those that were still inside. The broken airship plummeted deep into the ocean, nearly drowning most of the crew with it. Aegir tried to do everything he could to save any of his comrades as the front of the ship descended to the depths. Even as every one of them perished before him he continued to search the sinking wreck, desperately hoping that one of his friends, one of his family, might survive.

Before he could finish his search, Aegir was ambushed by a gargantuan sea monstrosity. It ripped apart the metal airship with ease and devoured dozens of his incapacitated crew in front of him. Unable to run away, and filled with distressed grief, he tried to defend the ship and any crew that were possibly still alive. He was in over his head, and just as the creature was going to close its toothy maw around him for good there was a sudden impact against him from a high velocity machine. Aegir blacked out and found himself on the shore shortly after that, having been rescued by some strange technological being that he didn't recognize. It was then that he also noticed the land was no longer covered in a perpetual blizzard, and he soon began to realize that he was no longer in the same time.

Freyr excelled as healing magic while Souji took to attack magic. Together the filled the spectrum of magic. At the age of 19, Souji beat Freyr in a bet over a magic test and Freyr was foces to mop their house without magic. Thinking to play a trick, Souji tried a new magic spell he was working on and sent it at Freyr. Freyr defend with his own magic and when their two magics hit, they combined then collapsed upon each other, forming a hole in time. Both were sucked in to portal and sent them to the years 600 A.D. Sticking together, they made their way to Truce Village to find out what happened.

    »  Alastor was born to two pretty average parents in the years 2000 AD. Raised in a time of peace since Chrono and his friends stopped the apoclyptic future from occuring, he lived a relatively easy childhood. However the young boy wanted more than what life had provided him and had a grand delusion that he was destined to be a “hero”. At the age of ten the hyper and arrogant boy ran off in search of “adventure” without his parents knowledge alongside some kids he knew from school. However- when they snuck off into the night and were ambushed by monsters his “friends” abanonded him leaving him to die. He managed to survive, though severely wounded with a burning hatred within him for the kids who left him to die. From then on he became more withdrawn but also aggressive. His parents didn't approve of him running off that day and scolded him right after he healed up. This only caused the darkness in his heart to grow as he become bitter, cold, and hateful. His dreams of becoming a hero vanished from his mind as he had dreams of revenge on the kids who abandoned him and everyone else who saw him as a menace, not realizing it was his own self destructive behavior that was causing people to dislike him. To blow off steam he bought a sword and began teaching himself to fight in hopes of one day killing the monsters who hurt him and then later get revenge on his so called 'friends'. One day while going out to train again he came across a fragment of the blue crystal used for time travel, remembering about learning in school about the time traveling heroes he picked up the crystal and was suddenly thrust back to the year 1101 just in time for a special festival…

    »  Gilgamesh was born in Zeal Palace, the son of two powerful and influencial mages. Great things were expected of him, but as he grew older it became apparent that Gilgamesh had no natural magical abilities whatsoever, a fact that brought great shame to his parents, even circulating rumors that his real father was Earthbound. Desperate to retain their status, his parents resorted to drastic measures; a magical circlet was bound to his head in a painful experimental ritual. He could now access the magic that had once eluded him, but at great cost. Every spell was agonizing, coursing painfully through his body before being cast, and when he eventually rebelled against his parents for their cruelty they finally cast him out. With nowhere else to go, a teenage Gilgamesh found himself in Algetty. Rejected by his own people and unaccepted by the Earthbound he now lived with, a teenage Gilgamesh began to foment resentment against all people. With no friends or family to speak of he had plenty of time on his hands, and he began to dedicate himself to the sword.

He would, however, quite literally find his destiny in time. Chrono and his friends were not the only ones who could jump from era to era, and after happening upon a small fragment of the enchanted blue crystal that allowed the heroes to move through time, Gilgamesh soon learned how to do so himself. Though his crystal piece broke after his first travel, he is now aware that such a thing is possible. For the time being his focus is on perfecting his swordmanship and learning how to fully control time travel, after which he plans to go back in time to stop his parents from carrying out their cruel experiment and take his revenge on the people of both Zeal and Algetty for their rejection.

Though spiteful and brash, Gilgamesh only truly wishes harm on those who hurt him. Though he appears cold and neutral at best to others, there may still be warmth in him for those who are willing and able to pull it out. Destiny seems to be pulling him in a destructive direction, but he is young, and there may still be a chance at redemption before he make his genocidal fantasty a reality.
