++ Fix IE forum posting bug (need to determine which IE builds are effected first)

++ Fix paragraph tag issue in forums.
++ Update SWU forum stats & connections in RPG-Directory.
++ Update SWU forum stats on SWU sidebar.
++ Update SWU dyspro header.
++ Add chat to SWU.
++ Start HTML cleanup for Naruto RPG.
++ Rebrand naruto layout for Xi.
++ Update dyspro header on “what's new” pages.
++ Get contact info from RPG owners for contact us page —> Update that Page.
++ Add word counter to group template.
++ Add affiliates are to the homepage, somehow. ››› Rework, add to new community page.
++ Remove the MGS banner from rotation.
++ Fix forum showing multiple last edits.
++ Update the SWU inc file.
++ Add CSS codes for Jidai template, get them to griff.
++ Update Chimera Engine demo page.
++ Install TinyMCE to the mingle forum for SWU.
++ Fix the wordpress toolbar issue (which causes buttons to misplace) .
++ Fix the auto-add script, refine roles.
++ Add dynamic ajax to allow editing on MSN Groups Directory and launch that section. (Ajax in place, must write parser)
++ Research bridge scripts and new forums for dyspro.
++ Finish list of final fantasy equipment ideas for War of Hearts.
++ Do a dystopiapro logo on wordpress login screen.
++ Implement to p tag work around for main site & simplepress forums.
++ Code script to compile posts for single users from each networked RPG and then rank said users in top 5 or 10.
++ Add SWU description to directory, reset status to In Production.
++ Address INC.php file across network/unify into a single file.
++ Create script to parse forum posts for this week/last week info for each RPG. Perhaps set as CronJob.
++ Remove all SWU branding/logos.
++ Make DBZ:DOT banner for homepage rotation.
++ Update registration pages.
++ Code in posting on DBZ: DOT homepage.

A note, I have been working on the site lately with chimera, with some bug fixes, and with the archives. As a simple update, once this to do list is finished (I intend to start putting more of these in the done column soon) I'm going to be mobilzing a small team to help get some RPGs here fully open (Relaunch of WoH, hopeful launch of Naruto Jidai, possible launch of a project of my own to bridge the time until JJ is finished). 2-3 of us should be able to get out and make those RPGs visible in the RPG communities and bring some people back here which will hopefully snowball into a couple more RPGs being hosted.

Indeed, I scratched out several minor things today, just stuff I've needed to get to for awhile all around the site. Though I also added two more things to the list, but still I did striked out more than I added so that's a win in my book. I'm going to be ratcheting this up, I hope to get a lot of this stuff done this week so I can put some focus into getting the various RPG projects moving, hosted and my own, that way we can start bringing people here and hopefully keep them.
I'm planning on redeveloping the home page a litte to become that 'around the community' style page. Probably going to cut the portfolio and projects boxes and make them one content area where I'll have more normal style updates. I'm also going to expand the navigation to show more community info, add some affiliate areas, and that whole jazz. I'd be interested in any ideas you would have for it.
