dystopia on PS4 vs. XboxOne

I intend to buy a PS4 at some point. I'll probably wait at least another year though, I've never been one to adopt a concept early. I do have an original Xbox, I use it mostly for XBMC (as I modded it for this purpose entirely) but I have been known to play a game on it here and there. At some point I want to get a 360, mostly just for a couple RPGs I missed (Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, etc)

I have the ps4... I have never owned any xbox...ever. I never will. It sucks waiting on games tho.

Indeed, that seems to be the case more often than not, which says a lot for how much progress Sony has made in the US. I mean, a couple years ago nobody would have thought that Microsoft would have made a slip like that.

If I were to get one of the two, it'd definitely be the PS4.

I have to agree, plus it seems that this generation the PS4 multi-platform games all seem to be the best versions and when you throw in the fact that it's the cheaper console as well, I mean what's not to like about that? Sony has been the go to console for RPGs for a long time now, the better part of two decades.

I can't think of a single reason why anyone would want to buy an X-Box One.

The exclusives are way better on the PS4, and any cross platform games that aren't on the PS4 arleady are on the PC (Titanfall). Also, anyone who likes JRPGs would be have to be addled to not get a PS4.

So we've all probably had time to look into these by this point, what are your impressions? Seems like the PS4 is doing much better moving consoles right now and while the XboxOne did overcome some of the pre-launch problems they had caused for themselves they're still not outselling PS4 in America which is surprising. That being said it could be supply issues? I'm not so sure that it is though, since it seems like the PS4 has had those as well. Worldwide it's not even close so far though, we'll see what happens when microsoft rolls it out in more foriegn countries but it seems like the PS4 is pulling away.

Also, in related news the Wii U is dead in the water.
