Cror Tadé, record-keeper, guiding leader of the Jedi Sentinel, man of a trillion faces, had returned from his expedition. Master Tadé had spent the last year registering the surrounding Mytaranor Sector of Force-Sensitives for the Kyber Memory Crystal. The famous Jedi crystal had resurfaced in the past twenty years thanks to the efforts of Tadé. While the implement no longer served its purpose to the Republic having a working knowledge of any Force-User in the surrounding area was very beneficial to the Jedi for recruitment purposes.
Docking in the trade-center of the wookiee homeplanet Tadé instantly recognized a familiar face. Another member of the Jedi Order that he had grown to respect. Though his methods of dealing with issues were different, Tadé had seen the validity in many of Jedi Master Roukar's actions. Tadé approached the Jedi Guardian and placed his hand upon his shoulder.
"Hello, Master Roukar." He said in a slow raggedy sounding voice. "May the peace of the Force be upon you!"

The sleek cat-like creature turned to see his old friend grasping his shoulder. He had hardly heard Master Tadé's approach amongst the crowded depot. Ta'Mur smiled showing his fangs, he had enjoyed the peculiar being's presence on the council. His strange over-bearing nature coupled with his quiet personality, confused many as to why he was on the council at all. Truly, Ta'Mur wondered the same thing from time to time. As Ta'Mur saw it, Master Tadé did not provide any particular knowledge to the council discussions. Certainly, Master Tadé was a decent investigator from time to time and came up with bits of evidence that no one else seemed to be able to get, but Tadé provided little to no opinion within the council chambers. Generally he just watched from behind his peculiar mask.
"And the peace of the Force upon you.” Ta'Mur responded with a slight bow of his head. It wasn't as though Ta'Mur didn't like Master Tadé... it was that he didn't necessarily understand him and it was hard to trust anything he didn't understand. Ta'Mur had never seen the being's face... and that concerned him. There weren't even records as to what species Master Tadé was in the Jedi Archives... it was as if Master Tadé was hiding something and Ta'Mur hated that. However, Master Tadé had the most seinority on the Council and thus it was something Ta'Mur had to respect.
“It has been awhile.” He said with a low purr. “Has it been a whole year? Your council chair was getting overrun by cobwebs.” The gruff being said jokingly.

The cob-webs!” Cror Tadé said emphatically as though he did not understand the joke. “No, no, no! This simply will not do!” he said absent mindedly dropping the crystal, a year's worth of work on the ground and speed-walking to confirm his horror.

Stunned by his reaction Ta'Mur immediately started after the eccentric Jedi Master, but then realized the importance of the item Master Tadé dropped. Ta'Mur bent down to pick up the item and by the time he looked back up Master Tadé was already half-way to the council chambers. “Master Tadé! Wait! It was merely a joke!” Ta'Mur truly wondered about the other Jedi Master's effectiveness in the Temple. Was it all a ruse? Or was Master Tadé truly that out to lunch?

Cror Tadé came to an abrupt stop not moving an inch and slowly turned around. “You mean to tell me you were having fun at my expense?” He said coldly and sinisterly. “Well ok then. Aht aht aht!” His inflection immediately made a complete 180º finding humor in the situation. It was always ups and downs with the Jedi Master. While he could quickly adapt to any culture he preferred his own brand of interaction. He loved being different and he had done it for so long that it had just sort of stuck. He was socially awkward and it was fun for him to see the reaction on his peers' faces.

By the time he caught up to Master Tadé, Ta'Mur wasn't sure what to expect. Master Tadé stood there and slowly turned around in a very confrontational manner. His stance was tense and Ta'Mur didn't know what to expect. Slowly reaching for one of his hilts he prepared himself for the worst, while he believed he could best the other Jedi in a fair fight he did not know what other secrets Master Tadé might be hiding. However, then it seemed like it wouldn't come to a fight when Master Tadé did what Ta'Mur believed was laughing. Dealing with the insane Jedi Master was taxing on Ta'Mur. He often wondered if this was Master Tadé's way of teaching other's patience. Ta'Mur had to believe there was more to Master Tadé than just a crazy old man gifted with insanely long life.
“I was not having fun at your expense, Master Tadé.... but I believe you are having fun at mine.” Ta'Mur lifted his hand up and placed it on the corners of his eyes now dealing with a surmounting headache. He extended his other hand and presented Master Tadé with the crystal. “You better get that down to records before you lose it again.” He said gruffly and with a heavy sigh.
