Really fucking hard. I got stuck on the third level and stopped playing, mostly because I have a bunch of other games that need beaten and I didn't feel like starting the game over. I figure I'll get back to it eventually, though.

Certainly doesn't feel like a Metal Gear game other than the story. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but they're really not comparable difficulties.

This game is hard like a DMC or God of War might be. The part I'm stuck on there's these three enemies that constantly use these stun attacks, so you get hit once and you're pretty much perma stunned while they proceed to whip your ass. Extremely frustrating.
