I only saw two movies this year because I'm pretty lame like that.
So out of those two, it would have to be The Hobbit.
PS: The only other movie I saw was Amazing Spider-Man.

Mine would have to be Moonrise Kingdom, it like every Wes Anderson film is amazing in every way.

Django Unchained or Skyfall for me. The more I think about it, Django wasn't as great as I thought it was when I stepped out of the theater. Still have to watch Moonrise Kingdom, but I've only heard good things.

I saw Skyfall finally a few weeks ago, it was pretty good. Still think Casino Royale was better. I also saw Argo, which was amazing probably going to have to change my previous selection of Moonrise Kingdom to Argo.

I've only heard good things about Argo. Affleck is definitely making quite the name for himself as a director/producer these days.

Seriously dude, that movie is amazing. If you had told me 6-7 years ago that Ben Affleck would be one of the best directors making movies today, and that he would have one a oscar for best picture I would have told you that you were crazy. He's put out three straight amazing films though, he's on a role.

Definitely need to watch it. I'm on spring break this coming week, so I might check it out.
