Very cool, I'm glad you found your way here, there are RPGs in the works, and some RPing happening on the forums here and there while the big projects are being worked on.

Though I don't think An Unexpected Journey is nearly as good as any of the Rings trilogy, it was still pretty good. Definitely not the best movie I saw in 2012 nor in the past few years, but yeah… Way better than some of the reviews it got. Honestly, there is only like 10-15 minutes I would have cut out, not the 30-60 that some reviews said.

I'm just thinking that three damn movies for the hobbit is way to much, seriously. They animated that shit in 1977 and it fit in like and hour and twenty minutes. I'm not saying it has to be that short, but 9 hours.. ha.

I ended up watching it last weekend, It was to long that's for sure and they did do a lot to connect it to LOTR, I guess for people who need that. I think 2 movies would have been better, it could be achieved I don't see how they are going to have 6 more hours of movie…

That's sort of my thoughts. Two would have been fine.

The next movie I believe goes until the end of Smaug. After that would the the War of Five Armies, which wasn't a very long war, so I'm not sure how they're going to flesh that one out.

they'll fill that 6 hours of remaining film somehow, they could really just make shorter films I wouldn't mind.

Lmao, they should stop making movies out of Tolkien. Yeah, I said it.
Peter Jackson should go back to making movies about… Well… I'd be ok if he didn't make more movies.

Eh, I didn't not like it, but it wasn't something that struck me as special. Also, it's been 20 years or so since he made movies like that, In the past decade there hasn't really been anything that I couldn't live without, and there are a couple things I wish had not been made, so yeah he could go away, I would be ok with that. lmao.
