Well with the last week of the regular season coming up, I thought this would be a good time to make our predictions on how the playoffs will go. Here are the potential matchups:

AFC First-Round Bye

(1) Broncos: They have the easiest route to becoming the number one seed as they only have to beat the Chiefs. The Texans must beat the Colts to become the number one seed and I don't see that happening, especially with the motivation of Chuck Pagano coming back.

(2) Patriots: As I said, I see Houston losing to the Colts. Therefore, the Patriots will beat the Dolphins and clinch a first round bye.

AFC Wildcard

(3) Texans vs (6) Bengals: The Texans take this game, though I believe Cincy will be able to make it competitive, but in the end I don't think the offensive line will be able to stop JJ Watt from disrupting Andy Dalton's rhythm.

(4) Ravens vs (5) Colts: This will be an intresting game as the Ravens have played well but also had some questionable losses. Meanwhile, the Colts being here is a surprise already and they've shown they can take down some top teams. I'm going to give this game to the Colts as I believe their motivation is enough to get them past the Ravens.

AFC Divisional

(1) Denver vs (5) Colts: Denver wins this game. Peyton Manning will be way too much for the Colts defense to handle and they also have a very good defense anchored around Von Miller.

(2) Patriots vs (3) Texans: I'm going to give this one to the Patriots. They have been playing well lately, except their defense in that loss to San Fran. The Texans secondary is just not good enough to stop Tom Brady.

AFC Championship

(1) Denver vs (2) Patriots: This is a hard one for me to choose. The Patriots won their regular season matchup, but this was early in the season before the Broncos went on their hot streak. I believe the Broncos continue this streak and win here because of the edge on defense.

NFC First-Round Bye

(1) Falcons: They've already locked this spot up.

(2) 49ers: I want to give this spot the Seattle, but I just don't see the 49ers losing to Arizona. To get this spot though, Green Bay has to lose to Minnesota and believe they will.

NFC Wild Card

(3) Green Bay vs (6) Vikings: Green Bay gets this spot because they have clinched their division already. In this rematch, Green Bay has finally learned how to slow down AP and they come away with a win.

(4) Dallas vs (5) Seattle: Dallas gets here by beating the Redskins and Seattle, although having the tiebreaker over Green Bay, takes this seed because Green Bay won their division. Seattle goes into Dallas and completely shuts down their offense and walks away with a win.

NFC Divisional

(1) Falcons vs (5) Seattle: Seattle will make this a great game because of their defense, however they have just not played well enough away from their home to get this win.

(2) 49ers vs (3) Green Bay: Kaepernick stumbles in his first playoff game and Green Bay takes advantage and wins.

NFC Championship

(1) Falcons vs (3) Green Bay: The Falcons collapse again in the playoffs and Green Bay gets the win.

Super Bowl

(1) Broncos vs (3) Green Bay: Peyton Manning shows everyone that he really is back to form and gets his second Super Bowl win.

It can really go both ways here, but Dallas has been playing very well since that lost to the Redskins on Thanksgiving Day and RGIII won't be at a 100% still.

Well, with this weekend of football over, here is the official playoff picture:

AFC First Round-Bye

(1) Broncos

(2) Patriots

AFC Wildcard

(3) Texans vs (6) Bengals

(4) Ravens vs (5) Colts

NFC First Round-Bye

(1) Falcons

(2) 49ers

NFC Wildcard

(3) Packers vs (6) Vikings

(4) Redskins vs (5) Seattle

There you have it. The only one that I got wrong was Dallas and the Redskins, however since they were both playing for the same seed it doesn't mess up my predictions at all. I still believe in the same outcome across the board. Seattle will be the Redskins.

I'm not so sure about that. Seattle was on a run there, but they didn't look so hot vs. St. Louis. They play far better at home than on the road, and they have to travel to Washington.

That game could go either way, but the Seattle defense has played well all year and I don't see the Redskins beating that defense. Seattle's offense will probably struggle a bit, but in the end I think the defense wins that game.

So, I missed one matchup, Colts and Ravens. Not too surprised, that one could have gone either way really.

AFC Divisional

(1) Denver vs (4) Ravens: I still believe Denver will win this game, even with the Colts out. The Denver offense is just too good for their defense, and there defense is also better than the Colts.
