» Classes while not as important as the are in FF7 still serve the basic task of giving your character their basic and starting stats. You will only have three Classes to choose from here on FF8: Annihilation, Fighter, Black Mage, And White Mage. Limit breaks and Other Important Skill that use to be connected with Class are no long and are more connected with your Job and Weapon of choice.

» Fighters Are very strong, They have hight hit points, Strength, and usually High Vitality as well.
Fighters usually make use of powerful Melee weapons like the Gunblade or Gloves.

Black Mage isnt the toughest of foes but at higher levels a Black mage can be unbeatible.
