the staff here would like to welcome you to our site and thank you for choosing us, however before you get started on registering a character here we would like to personally ask you to read all of the guidelines here in this section and read over all the rules in other sections so that you have a better understanding of how our site works. If you have any questions about the guidelines or sections listed here then please feel free to post them on our questions board which can be found [ here ] and once again thank you for joining .Kingdom Hearts

general site guidelines
o1. There will be no foul language on this site, it is safe for all ages, and this goes for boards and chat.
o2. No mIRC scripts are allowed in the sites chatroom, this will result in an instant banning from .Kingdom Hearts.
o3. No double membership please, if you are caught rping two character’s you’ll be banned.
o4. Please don’t spam the boards with links or useless posts, they will just be deleted.
o5. Affiliation requests should be posted on the affiliation board; they will be viewed as spam if posted elsewhere.
o6. Please don’t power game in any way here on .Kingdom Hearts, said actions will result in an instant banning from the site.
o7. No photo albums, this clutters up the site for the manager’s. Any new albums will be deleted if seen.
o8. There is a required minimum post length here on .kingdom hearts, and that is at least 75 words per IC post.
 
staff and updater guidelines
o1. Updaters will be required to check their update board and do updates at least once a day.
o2. Updaters must post "updated" on each update thread so a Manager can know what has been updated.
o3. Updaters may update themselves, but must leave notices like any other update that it has been done.
o4. Updaters should help members with any questions they have, and be glad to do so.
o5. No staff may ban any member from the site, if you feel someone needs to be banned ask a manager.
o6. No staff may host anyone in the chatroom, if you break this rule you will loss host privileges yourself.
o7. Updaters should check the registration board at least once a day and add new bios to the member site.
o8. No staff should accept any affiliation requests, these should be left for managers only.
o9. Staff members are allowed to kick people from the chatroom, just don’t abuse your power or you will lose it.


dice rolls & word counts
while RPing sometimes here on .KH you may be required to do a dice roll to see say if you landed a critical attack, dodged an attack or even found a dropped item after combat. Because of this we have customized a mIRC script in our chatroom to handle these rolls. Members will be allowed to make these rolls provided they are done on the script and copied and pasted to the update from the chat. This is 100% safe and fair as the script is equipped with a log that logs all roll commands, preventing cheating in any way. Word Counts like dice rolls are to be done by members, these should be posted after every RP post so that updater’s can determine exp awards for those RPs, you can find a free online word counter [ here ]
