traverse town introduction
the town only know by its inhabitants as ‘traverse’ is a large city that was created from the bits and pieces of worlds that have been destroyed by the wraith of the heartless. this town is home to people who managed to survive the destruction of their worlds and made it through the corridors of darkness to this place. traverse town is now a very active place with new visitors arriving from other worlds every day, and is known for its architecture and peacefulness. the town is full of shops, inns, and many houses, which have been split into three different districts. |

district one
traverse towns district one is home to many of the cities shops, and thus has been called the shop district. this district is known for the large square which is surrounded by the shops and places of interest for new comers to the town. from district one you can move into district two, or three, or even leave the world by heading through the main gates. some of the most known attractions are the item shop, accessory shop, synthesis shop run by the Moogles, and the coffee shop.

district two
because so many new visitors come to Traverse Town each day as their worlds are destroyed many houses and other places for travelers to stay needed to be constructed. district two was set up for this purpose. the district his home to a large square which is surrounded by houses, some shops, and the traverse town hotel which has many rooms available. also located here behind the hotel is the water way, which has been said to lead somewhere secret, and the gizmo shop which is has the famous bell tower on top.

district three
traverse towns district three is home to a large square which is surrounded by many different housing complexes and buildings for the visitors that travel here. this district is also home to many city features like the power supply. located behind a large door in district three is the home of Merlin a very famous wizard who’s own world was destroyed some time ago. his house is surrounded by a moat and water that runs from the cities secret waterway.
