WELCOME TO ULYSSES OREGON
The city of Ulysses is nestled snugly in the Alexander River valley of north western Oregon, its communities hugging the winding river as it makes its way towards the Pacific. Ulysses is typical of the American North West, it’s climate mild in temperature and frequent in precipitation. The surrounding area of the Alexander River valley is lush in vegetation mostly old growth evergreen forests of the sub-tropical variety. The city itself is fairly modern in design, its roots dating back to the mid-1800s though the real building boom did not begin until the early 1960s and continues today as the population has swollen to over 300,000 residents. The city center is located on the southern side of the river and is populated by several modern skyscrapers and office buildings typical of a medium sized American city. As you follow the radius out from the center of the city the surrounding communities vary in age and architecture and eventually begin to climb the low mountains protecting the valley. Ulysses is known as a hard working town, with much of the industry heavy on physical labor, the mood and atmosphere of the city mostly stay close to the hard working background, but over the past ten years a strong counter culture movement has started to take hold, just as it has in nearby city Seattle Washington, among other predominate North Western cities.

TRAVELING BETWEEN DISTRICTS
Traveling is a necessity, and usually will happen in scenarios. Players are able to travel to any district as they see fit in said scenarios, however remember some districts don’t border each other, to see a district map please look to the left. You must RP traveling from place to place in detail, as surviving is key to the entire biohazard experience.
