Every year the Planet Earth holds a prestigious tournament that is meant to determine the strongest fighter on Earth. Hundreds of participants train their entire lives to participate and no one is turned away from the tournament. However, to make it into the tournament participants usually have to undergo several preliminary rounds to make it into one of the coveted eight spots of the actual tournament. Just making it into those spots makes a fighter worthy. However, the one winner of the tournament will not only enjoy the title of champion but a lump sum of zenny that would make anyone rich.
