CHARACTERS
Dragon Ball: Insanity allows its members to role play as any character from all the different media platforms of the Dragon Ball universe, regardless of that characters status in the year 741. This page will list characters only as they are taken and will not be a repository for the entire roster of characters in the Dragon Ball media platform, therefore if the character that you want to play is not listed below, then you are free to register as that character.

RULES
- May only play one character at a time.
- May not play a character that is already created by someone else.
- May create custom characters.
- May switch characters at anytime. By switching characters, all of your current characters items, money, power, abilities, techniques, etc. will be passed on to your new character.
