Dragon Balls

Legend tells of mystical orbs that can fulfill the fantasies of the one who collects them. That legend refers to the Dragon Balls, seven orbs who’s biggest trait are red stars that label them. Currently only two sets of Dragon Balls exist in the known universe, the Namekian Dragon Balls which lie hidden somewhere on the planet Namek and the Earth Dragon Balls which are scattered throughout the large continents of Earth. If all seven Dragon Balls from a set are found and the password spoken the gatherer will find his wish granted. Venture forth and search the depths of the unknown and perhaps your biggest desires will be fulfilled.
Collecting Dragon Balls

To collect a Dragon Ball, you must participate in the DM events that are hosted on planets Earth and Namek. Every so often a DM will create a Dragon Ball event which is free for anyone to join so long as they are currently on the correct planet. During this event the DM will guide those who have entered through a series of scenarios which will culminate in the finding of a Dragon Ball. Once the Dragon Ball has been found it will be up to the players that participated to decide who gets the Dragon Ball. This can be done through combat, diplomacy or any other method that the players decide. The DM will no longer participate in the event once the Dragon Ball has been located.
Making a Wish

Once you have all seven Dragon Balls of either Earth or Namek you may make your wish. To do so you will go through the automated process located [here]. Once you have made your decision the results of the wish will automatically be applied to your profile.
Earth Dragon Balls

Kami, the God of Earth is the creator of the Dragon Balls that are hidden throughout Earth. Kami is a very powerful being but due to the loss of part of himself his Dragon Balls are not as powerful as they could be. Therefore the following stipulations exist when making a wish with the Earth Dragon Balls.
- Can grant only one wish.
- May only revive a person once.
- May revive multiple people at one time so long as they all died from the same cause.
- May not revive those who refuse to be revived.
- May not revive those who died of natural causes.
Namekian Dragon Balls

The creator of the Namekian Dragon Balls is Guru, who happens to also be the elder of the entire Namekian race. Given his tremendous power the Namekian Dragon Balls are slightly more powerful than the Earth Dragon Balls in most areas. The following stipulations exist for making a wish with the Namekian Dragon Balls.
- Can grant three wishes
- May revive a person infinite times.
- May only revive one person at a time

DRAGONBALLS
The Dragonballs where once, long ago, created by the Namekians in order to bring peace to their planet, which was being ravaged by a gigantic storm that appeared out of nowhere. The Namekians made the Dragonballs able to grant any wish, even immortality and eternal youth. When a person would gather the seven Dragonballs and call out the password, the Dragon that resides in the Dragonballs will appear and grant the summoner one to three wishes. However, after the wish(es) have been granted, the balls will turn into stone, scatter across the planet and become inactive for a year.
Anyone can hunt for a Dragonball, however, when one begins to find a Dragonball, everyone on the Rpg will be notified. This is to allow for others to prevent someone from gathering them. Dragonballs are very powerful, and in the hands of evil, can become very deadly. Because of this, when someone is after the Dragonballs, a Mini Saga will start, where the Good try to get the Dragonballs for justice reasons, and the Evil try to get them for injustice reasons. Neutral character will of course, choose which side to help, or go against both. (1,000 Words to find a Dragonball).
The Earth Dragonballs are small in size, but very powerful. They currently allow for someone to use only one wish. However, the wishes are practically limitless. Kami, the protector of the Earth, and wise Namekian, is the creator of the Earth Dragonballs.
The Namek Dragonballs are much larger than the Earth Dragonalls, and they are also more powerful, granting three wishes to the person who collects all Seven. Guru, the Eldest Namek, and the most knowledgeable, is the creator of the Namek Dragonballs.
