TECHNIQUES
Welcome to the world of Dragon Ball and to the bread and butter of what Dragon Ball is all about, combat and the techniques that make that combat flashy and more exciting. Throughout the entire series, viewers and readers alike have witnessed a large variety of techniques. Some of these techniques simply made things easier such as flying and teleportation or had the power to kill a person in a single blow all the way up being able to destroy planets in an instant. Insanity captures all of these key techniques for you to use as well as offers a more customizable path. You can choose to dabble in both or focus on one, the choice is yours.

CANON TECHNIQUES
Here on Insanity, all of the techniques that you know and love from the series are available to be learned. Due to the large variety of effects and some of the potentially game-breaking things they can do, all of the techniques have been meticulously translated to represent as close as they can to what you already know about those techniques from the show while at the same time ensuring that players cannot break the game.

CUSTOM TECHNIQUES
Perhaps, you do not wish to use the techniques from the series and instead wish to create your own. This is possible and a very fun thing to do here on Insanity. Instead of learning intricate techniques with a variety of effects already determined, you will learn much more basic techniques and will be able to customize and upgrade them using the the same technique points that you would learn canon techniques with. From making your attacks stronger and larger to adding additional effects such as elemental effects to them, let your creativity and imagination free.

TECHNIQUE POINTS
As you train and collect experience and eventually level up, you will earn technique points(TP). TPs are Insanity’s solution to get away from hard word requirements when it comes to learning techniques and such. Instead, each technique has a TP cost associated with it and so long as you meet all requirements and can afford the cost, then you can automatically add the technique to your profile. If you are choosing to dabble in custom techniques, then you can instead use the TP to choose your basic Ki technique and purchase upgrades and customizations for it.

ENERGY TECHNIQUES
To use energy techniques, you must first know how to Harness Ki. Once you have mastered this skill, then the largest selection of techniques becomes open to you. These tecniques range from the smallest Ki Ball to Spirit Bombs and Kamehamehas and everything in between. While initially the attacks are weaker, eventually, as your arsenal grows, you will have the ability to use some of the series most powerful and devastating techniques.

PHYSICAL TECHNIQUES
Insanity is not here to limit creativity and therefore the physical technique section can be more thought of as an Energy Technique subsection. These are physical attacks that use Ki to make them stronger or add additional effects to them. Your character will already be equipped to use any type of physical attack that does not require Ki, limited only by your role playing abilities.

DEFENSIVE TECHNIQUES
These techniques are also a sub-category of Energy Techniques, as again, you are only limited by your role playing ability when it comes to dodging and blocking attacks without the use of Ki. These techniques focus on using Ki to assist you in blocking and dodging.

OTHER TECHNIQUES
Inevitably, due to there being a multitude of techniques in the Dragon Ball series, there are techniques that simply cannot be categorized. This is where you will find those techniques. Typically, these techniques focus on improving your character and setting them up for future success but do not have a direct impact in combat.
