| Weekly Update! – 04.02.06 - Posted by: Strife What a week last week, im glad to say that activity has really picked up and we are back in the top activity ranking, now we can hopefully start fighting to stay in the top 10 sites and hopefully eventually hold that #1 spot like the original versionof FF7 Fortress did many many times before. Im also glad to say the new Chronicle has started and hopefully we will get some more people roleplaying in it so that its a big success, i do encourage everyone on the site to join, expecially if you are wanting to gain some easy exp because the chronicle system is set up to be great for that, so please at least come check out the thread and if you can post. [ link ] This week im really hoping to top 500 messages which will ensure that we stay in… [ more? ] Picking Up – 03.28.06 - Posted by: Strife Im glad to see the site is starting to pick up alittle activity again, maybe we can top 250 messages this week or even possibly 300 which would for sure land us in the next activity catigory, i hope that by the next 10 days ill have most of the site switched to the new layout and then after that i will start adding new content, by that time i hope and expect to see th site in the top activity catigory once again, to help this along we will ;need to get a site rp going again, hopefully i can pick the chronicle back up, i may have to restart it since i didnt really have any involvement in the first, i hope to actually get that moving tomorrow so that we can start attracting new members to the site like the first 2 weeks. Id like the site to overall average 5-600 posts a week which would be great and i think we can do that pretty easily. [ more? ] Like Update – 03.24.06 - Posted by: Strife Well the site has kinda started moving slowly, but come on people i wanna see more rping going on i cant get this place moving again alone i have to have members that help, start an rp get some people to join, it will be worth it trust me. Along those lines i wanna go ahead and say that i will be holding a chronicle session either tomorrow or sunday so be on the lookout for updates about that so we can get that moving again as well, also like i stated before the site is in a period of design change so for a week or so it will be a bit unorganized but thats ok it will come together soon and look great. umm some new things are on the horizon as well, the vehicles are in the works and should be up by monday after that ill start working on the gold saucer which will hopefully light a fire under activity. well, until later… Back – 03.22.06 - Posted by: Strife Ok so i had a hell of a bad week last week and it shows here on fortress and create, it was not my intent to just drop off of the face of the earth but some things happened, first my main server account = gone which is where the images went for awhile, after spending 2 hours changing the layout to work on every page and hoping to get back to normal i experienced a pretty bad PC crash, this was last tuesday i believe, took me two days to get my PC working again and then 2 more days went by before it was acting normal, since then ive been reinstalling programs and some other things and im hoping to finish this week strong, starting tomorrow i will officially be active and updating again and i will be getting the chronicle up and moving as well so everyone still here get back active foos i wanna rp and take this site back to the top! [ more? ] Chronicle – 03.10.06 - Posted by: Strife Alright this week has been doing really well and im very happy without activity we will be in the top ranking next week and hopefully it will really draw alot of members. Im very happy to see alot of people rping each day and plenty of people in the chat as well so overall im very happy, i do have some pretty good news though tomorrow i will be starting our first chronicle as a public site and hopefully alot of you will join and rp with us, you will find the sign ups on the chronicle board and ill post some info about how we rp in the chronicle tomorrow on the general board so keep an eye out for it, also i need to talk to Audion or Andrew about chronicle stuff so one of you guys need to contact me tonight or probably tomorrow some time before i start it. well thats it, have fun rping Open! – 03.03.06 - Posted by: Strife Thats is right FF7 Fortress is now officially open to the public so please start posting your bios and as soon as they are up you can start roleplaying. Im hoping for a really strong week everally 1000+ messages at least (i know we can get that easily so long as all the people that have been joining actually sign up and rp some. Umm lets see its been 22 months now sinve fortress closed to the public and our final week was 2500 posts i hope we can start off where we left and take this site to the top, not just for activities sakes but for the shear fact that the more active we are the more members we get and thus the even more active we become so there will always be something to do. welp thats it.. post away! |
