ORGANIZATIONS EXPLAINED
There are many organizations in the world of ffvii fortress, some large and powerful, where others are small and hold little favor. The one thing that all organizations have in common is that they are a source of pay for members who join them, and effectively are the characters employment. How characters rank within the organizations determines the amount of gil they make as well as give them seniority over lower members. Joining an organization, or creating your own isn’t something your required to do, but if you wanna make a little extra gil, you may want to read on.

JOINING AN ORGANIZATION
So, you want to make some more gil? Well then this is the place for you, there are many organizations looking for more members and willing to pay for the power. To join a organization all you need to do is post an update on one of the updaters boards who are in charge of organization updates, and they will get back to you. please make sure you read over the respective organization pages to make sure those groups are for your character and meet their goals.

SOME RULES AND REGULATIONS
Before you become very active in an organization please make sure you read over the rules we have listed here on this page, if you have any questions about organizations place them on the questions board. [ link ]

›  [ about missions ]: you can only do each mission once, just like with a normal quest. to keep this in mind have an
       updater place it in a quests competed section on your bio.
›  [ calling rank ]: when in RP, characters ranked above you in your organization are your superiors and can tell your
       character what to do, so please keep that in mind.
›  [ new missions ]: if you have an idea for a good organization mission, post it for an organization updater, and they
       may place it on the missions page for members to do.

ORGANIZATION RANKS
Once you have been accepted into an organization you will begin to build rank points, which determine your rank overall in that organization. Rank points are awarded for many different things including the following, time spent in the organization, organization quests completed, organization events, and others. Rank points are different for each organization, so check on individual organization pages for more on their rank point rewards.

ORGANIZATION MISSIONS & EVENTS
Every organization will have a few missions for members to do to gain rank points. As time goes on, more quests will be added by high ranking members so that there is a steady stream of things to do in every organization. There will also be weekly organization events that will award rank points to members who take part in them. Many of these events will be RP thread competitions between other rival organizations, creating great RP opportunities. organization events are listed on the organization events main page which can be found [ here: shinra - avalanche ]

OTHER EMPLOYMENT
For those members that don’t wish to join one of the major organizations, but still want to make some gil on a regular basis you can find other employment. These other employment mission reward well, but not as well as the major organizations pay for your services. But for loners and people who do not wish to chose sides between SHINRA and AVALANCHE there are other ways for your character to gain some gil. you can find a list of other employment related quests [ here ]
