SEPHIROTH IS BACK!
It has come to the attention of both Shin-Ra and AVALANCHE that Sephiroth is back, and has destroyed the sector three reactor in midgar. Both organizations on their own have decided that Sephiroth is their biggest concern at the moment and that at all cost he must be stopped or else midgar could be destroyed completely, which is not something either organization can allow to happen.
