+ Those that are able to progress thru classes and reach levels of the higher ups are known for their abilities and skills. In order reach those skills and test you must first be ready to lead and be able to protect your team and get the mission done all in one. But you first have to start with the basics and work your way there.
 
~ Academy ~
+ Beginning level of all shinobi’s, before being thrown into the world of shinobi. Study the basics and graduate to improve or stay learning everything over again. The highest of age limit allowed is 4 to 12 year old. Those that have failed usually are older. Join one of the opening NPC/PC teams that you’ll have to follow with Jounin Party Leader

  ~ Genin ~
+ Newbie or Apprentice level of a shinobi rank. You get to begin ranked missions but only of your level. Being serious even in the lowest missions will open new windows to you. Find your very own nindo and prove yourself.
Requirement[s]: Level 5 or Higher, Academy Exam | Hibon’s start at this rank
Reward[s]: +50 EXP | Hibon’s cannot gain EXP [Choose 3 E Ranked - Jutsus] | 4,000 Ryo
 
  ~ Chunin ~
+ Middle Class Shinobi, pass the exams or special test given to you depending on the results and your skill shown, you will be able to obtain this rank. You can become a Party Leader of a team of 2 Genin Rank.
Requirement[s]: Level 15 or Higher, Chunin Exam [Special Event] or Curse Puppet Battle [DM] | Hibon Level 10 or Higher, Chunin Exam [Special Event] or Curse Puppet Battle [DM]
Reward[s]: +15% MAX EXP | Hibon gain +20% MAX EXP | 8,000 Eyo 
 
  ~ Tokubetsu Jounin ~
+ Those that focus in a certain area, the [Special] Jounin. Training is harder as you will be taken on harder missions. You give up the ability to become a Party Leader for anyone as you must undergo missions alone to prove you can live without other help.
Fail a mission and you will be demoted to Genin Rank.
Requirement[s]: Level 25 or Higher, Tokubestu Test [Kage Request] | Hibon Level 20 or higher. Tokubestu Test [Kage Request]
Special Requirement[s]: One Stat must be 35 Points Higher than rest.
Reward[s]: +20% MAX EXP | Hibon +25 MAX EXP | 12,000 Ryo
 
  ~ Jounin ~
+ The “Elite” shinobi, going thru missions alone you’ve honed your skills allowing yourself to finally take up the ability of being a party leader once again. This time you can ask to train 3 Genin of your village [PC/NPC]. You attributes are now leveled so be ready for a balanced life.
Requirement[s]: Level 35 or Higher, Rank A Mission | Hibon level 30 or Higher
Special Requirement[s]: Stats Equal Out, Two Elements Known [1st: 75% or higher | 25% or higher]
Reward[s]: +25% MAX EXP | Hibon +30% MAX EXP | 14,000 Ryo
 
  ~ Jounin Commander ~
+ High ranked of shinobi [Jounin level], you lead the forces of jounin during war time. As well speak with the Kage directly without question. To be on this you must be voted on by fellow villagers and Kage. Only one is allowed in each Major Village.
Requirement[s]: Level 45 or Higher
Special Requirement[s]: Village Commander Spot Must be Open
Restriction: Cannot obtain Sannin [Title]
Reward[s]: +30% MAX EXP | Hibon +35% MAX EXP | 16,000 Ryo
 
  ~ Kage ~
+ Your power has been shown to be stronger than anyone else within the village. As well you are shown respect by all within your village. Obtaining this rank means you are able to lead all parties or be voted for the next spot on the Major Country you are in. But gaining the job and title are two different things.
