< Want a special treatment from a Kage or maybe a rare object. No matter what come to this location and go on adventure on your own to see the world. But be careful as others may follow you and steal your hard work. As you do not want that to happen be sure to be ready for everything.

< Criminals that are wanted through-out the countries. Come here if you think you will need quick cash. But be warned some shinobi will not return or turn themselves in so easily. All matches against theses criminals will always be to the death.
