I like that being able to pick which class you get your stats from. That plus only being able to pick just from those two classes' techs makes it a hard choice. When would we get the secondary class?

We could make a secondary class available at a set level, like 15 or 20 and from that point you can take levels in either class as you see fit. So you could end up like Fighter level 16 / Mage level 4 and be taking skills in each

Would it be collective XP or when I gain a sub class its 500 xp for that first level?

Things are sounding good.

New question though. Does the nature of the person limit their class? For instance, within the game, Robo couldn't use magic (at least not officially) because he was a robot, and Ayla couldn't use magic because magic was after her time (though she could apparently transport a dinosaur across time and space in one of her attacks, lol).

I dig the dual class idea. Less versatility than just being able to buy whatever, but I think too much customization can be a bad thing. You'll either have people picking and choosing the strongest stuff, or being spoiled for choich and unable to choose anything. Dual classing would allow a lot of customization without it going too far overboard.

I have nothing more to contribute, other than to say that by posting this thread I seem to have unleashed a monster. Haha.

I think it's just simply enough to not limit which classes can to do other classes and for the purpose of added customization keep it that way. So dual classes it is. Today is an exceptionally busy day for me but most of this week I'm working half days until the weekend so I'll have plenty of time to get everything rolling on site really well. I will get this in the works and hopefully it will become available soon!
