Given that a lot of the characters were living in the same time and city, is there any establishing who knew each other or who knew about each other?
For instance, since Juna and Mira both made a living by hunting, I had figured that Mira would have heard of Juna, particulary since Juna was 1000ish AD Truce long before Mira was.

Yeah we have done some of that. Soren and Jonas were both about the same age living in 1010ad in Truce, so they had known of each other.

It would be interesting. As more people join, we'll also be meeting more people that our characters already knew. Lol.

A character may know my character if they lived in Porre Village 5-20 years before our RP started, if they often visited Porre in that same time frame, or they came to Guardia Castle in the past 5 or so years.

Something like that is good to know.
Mira came from 65 milliong BC, but she's been living in “present day” for the past year. Probably 2009 – 2010, depending on what month it is for the characters now. She was basically in Truce Village or the forests. She might have seen Nadia from a distance though.
I saw the only other character from 65 million BC seems to have disappeared though.

Peter was a Grand Wizard of Garudia Castle near the year 600 AD, the youngest ever at the time. I made up the term Grand Wizard, but in this telling magic seems openly available so basically it's the highest ranked wizard in the Army, close to the King and an advisor. He teleported in 595 AD to 1009 AD where he hide himself in shame doing odd jobs around Truce Village for the year, until he met the party. Anyone may have heard of Peter if they were part of Guardia Castle and the army as the youngest grand wizard who mysteriously disappeared, but it may take a while for them to realize that Peter is that Peter cause of the rabbit ears as well as the way he acts and his level of magic, but it is possible someone will realize it later.

Damn Northerners!
Also, try to refrain from using Red Dragon in the future. Pro-tip.
