The night ride through Midgar Sector 1's upper plate went as smoothly as Void could've hoped. His major injuries from the last several hours had finally stopped aching, and he was relieved to notice that he wasn't bleeding out. He was a bit concerned when they got to Corkscrew Tunnel, as the ID checkpoint system always made him nervous with the thought that anything could go wrong at any time. Thankfully the IDs he and Astra used once belonged to actual Shinra employees. By the time they'd made it into the Sector 7 slums the sun had begun to rise.
