CHANGELING INTIMIDATION
Changelings have a strange presence on people who are below their power level. Because there is a wide knowledge of the existence of this race through out the universe and the destruction that comes when they are present they have the ability to intimidate anyone who’s max power level is 20% below their own. This skill has been planted into Cells DNA. + [ Prerequisites ]: None, learned upon joining. + [ Tech Effects. ]: Can travel without pod, takes 1000 words to travel from planet to planet. IMPROVED SENSING Human’s have the ability to sense the power level and whereabouts of other beings without the need of a scouter or any other device or skill that allows the same ability. This ability takes one action to use in combat and can locate a hiding character as well as be used in any sagas here to read power levels of any character. This skill has been planted into Cells DNA. + [ Prerequisites ]: none, learn upon joining + [ ability effect ]: allows the sensing of location in and out of combat. REGENERATION Another signature trait of the majin race is the ability to regenerate limbs or their entire body. All that’s needed is the smallest amount of their body to be left; even faint traces are enough for the process to trigger. There are very few techniques that have the pure ki energy needed to completely destroy a majin in one shot. This skill has been planted into Cells DNA. + [ Prerequisites ]: 2000 words, 15 posts + [ Tech Effects. ]: Allows the regeneration of cells body (150% Dmg required to kill)
SPIRIT OF THE SAIYANS The saiyan race has an amazing ability to bounce back from a brutal beating, gaining massive amounts of power in doing so. When a saiyan is ko’d or killed in combat they gain a good power boost based on thier current power level. the formula for the stat boost is listed below. IMPERFECT FORM This is the first stage in which Cell comes closer to his perfect form. In order to obtain this form though, he must absorb Android 17. The skinny being will now change dramatically, growing far larger then he was before, his apperance actually becoming more ‘human’ + Requirements: 2000 words, 10 posts; PL of 25,000 + Bonuses: Stats and Stamina x4 |

PERFECT FORM
The last and final transformation possible for Cell, this is his perfect form. The tail has receeded to his body, and his structure has changed aswell, making him slimmer and more defined. In order to reach this final stage Cell must absorb Android 18 while in his imperfect form. + Requirements: 3000 words, 15 posts; PL of 350,000
