Dragonballs

DRAGONBALL INTRODUCTION
Dragonballs are small orange orbs that when all gathered together in the same spot are able to summon a dragon god which can grant wishes for the summoner. Because of this the dragonballs are very sought after and people come from all about the universe to take part in the search for the balls. The Dragonballs themselves are a creation of a namekian spell which ties the maker’s soul with the dragonballs granting them their powers.

EARTH DRAGONBALLS – ACTIVE
The planet earth is one of two known planets to have a set of seven dragonballs. These balls were created by the kami of the earth and serve the people of the planet when in need. The dragonballs do have some limitations and rules that need to be remembered however which you can find listed below.

EARTH DRAGONBALL RULES
+ Locating an Earth DB takes a 2000 word quest. A radar decreases this to 500 words. Multi quest rules don’t apply.
+ When all DBs are gathered and the dragon’s name is spoken the dragon will appear and grant a single wish.
+ The dragon can revive someone who has died once, provided that they did not die of any natural causes.
+ The dragon can grant you the possession of any single known item or weapon.
+ The dragon can revive multiple people per wish, provided that their deaths all had to do with a single event.
+ The dragon can grant you the use of any single technique, so long as you meet the techniques prerequisites.
+ Other wishes may be possible as well, if the dragon cannot grant your wish, he will say so and you will not lose it.
+ Once a wish has been made the dragonballs will turn to stone for 1 month and scatter around the planet.

NAMEK DRAGONBALLS – ACTIVE
The dragonballs originated on the planet Namek many years ago. The dragonballs located here are the original and because of this are known to be much more powerful then those that were created for the planet earth. Because of this more powerful wishes can be made with the dragonballs and they are even more sought after then the ones on Earth. These dragonballs also grant more wishes, three total, then the Earth dragonballs so they are even harder to get your hands on.

CAPTURING A FOUND DRAGONBALL
If all the dragonballs have been located but by different characters it is possible to capture a ball from someone, there are a few ways to do this which will be described in detail. The first possible way to do this is to knock out or kill a character in battle. At which point you have the right to take whatever dragonballs that they have. To make sure that characters can’t simply deny battles, anyone with a dragonball MUST fight when challenged or give that dragonball up to the challenger. Fleeing battle once it has started is possible and if successful you cannot be challenged for at least 24 hours giving you a chance to leave the planet if desired.

SETTING UP  A CAPTURE BATTLE
Capture battles must always be done using the sites stat system to be completely fair. The challenger makes the post on the planets board and should also be responsible for contacting the dragonball owner to make sure they are aware of the battle. If they do not do this the owner will not be punished for not replying. If the owner does not respond to the thread within two days ( provided they have not noted that they will not be available to battle until another time ) then they will lose the ownership of their dragonball to the challenger. The winner of this battle has the rights to the all of the other knocked out or dead characters dragonballs, weather they were the owner or the challenger.
