ALERTNESS
The alretness manuver is great in combat and effectively doubles the users defense for its extent. the technique should be used at the start of a combat round and lasts a total of three rounds including the round that it is used in. Damaging a warrior when he is alert is very hard.

BACKFLIP DODGE
The backflip dodge is a defensive technique that allows a character to backflip out of the way of a physical attack if luck serves them. When a technique is used against you in your next action you can attempt the dodge (`roll 20 in chat) if you roll higher then the attacker then you dodge the attack..

BLASTER SHELL
The blaster shell is basicly when a character attempts to nullify an energy technique by blasting as many smaller energy blasts into the on coming attack as possible. This technique drains alot of stamina but is always sucessful at nullfing energy techiques that do under 5x stat multiplier damage..
