Racial Techniques

CHANGELING INTIMIDATION Changelings have a strange presence on people who are below their power level. Because there is a wide knowledge of the existence of this race through out the universe and the destruction that comes when they are present they have the ability to intimidate anyone who’s max power level is 20% below their own. + [ Prerequisites ]: None, learned upon joining. + [ Tech Effects. ]: All stats +5%    BREATH IN SPACE Changelings like a few other races don’t need oxygen to live, because of this the changeling race has the ability to travel through space without a spacepod or ship if they choose, and also at any time if a changeling finds themselves in space they will not die due to asphyxiation. + [ Prerequisites ]: None, learned upon joining. + [ Tech Effects. ]: Can travel without pod, takes 1500 words to travel from planet to planet.

Racial Transformations
	CHANGELING FORM ONE This is the first transformation of the changeling form and is thought to be the easiest for them to obtain. The transformation causes the changeling to actually physically grow to about two times its normal size, and the power gains are equal to this as well. These forms do not drain stamina. Takes 4 actions to transform. + Requirements: 4000 words, PL of 40,000 + Bonuses: All stats x2
	CHANGELING FORM TWO The second transformation of the changeling race is a radical one. The form before this greatly resembles the standard form but this one is beastly. The changeling stays roughly the same size but its head grows long and spikes sprout all over its body, the power gains are quite large as well. Takes 5 actions to transform. + Requirements: 5000 words. PL of 100,000 + Bonuses: All stats x6
	CHANGELING FORM THREE This form reduces the size of the changeling to that of a normal humanoid race although the standard look is still the same. The changeling’s power in this form is said to be almost infinate but it’s said that nobody who ever witnessed a changeling in this form has ever survived. Takes 6 actions to transform. + Requirements: 7000 words. PL of 300,000 + Bonuses: All stats x15
	CHANGELING FORM FOUR The legendary transformation of the changeling race, no changeling is known to have reached past the fourth transformation in recent history however stories tell of a horned form similar in size to the third transformation but bulkier and much more powerful. Takes 10 actions to transform. + Requirements: 8000 words. PL of 500,000 + Bonuses: All stats x20
